Citizens, foreigners, and all,

The past year, and most certainly the past few months has truly had dramatic shifts in the international community. Steps towards cooperation and friendly competition such as the G10 international conference were signs of good, whilst seemingly sarcastic invasions and claiming of our territory were not.

Events such as the debate whether over the Khabib was illegal or not have sparked some serious divides in the community, all of which can be solved with logic.

Although it is unprovable, under fair assumptions of innocence, that the Khabib was truly illegal, the entire international community does not have to be divided by one tank. And it is important to understand that it is, under any fair judgement, whether you believe nor do not believe that the tank was illegal, to prove that it was with a save. It is not absurd to foresee a future where there is no rudeness between players in a rare niche that is this community, as all you do is alienate the area wherein you participate.

For those who enjoy being abhorrent and rude, I, as a leader of one nation, sincerely do hope and believe that you understand you are destroying the only thing that you have. For someone to be so obnoxious in the first place means that they truly had no where else to go.

It is important to note that this is not targeted to one side of any debate, but rather all who simply alienate others. My nation is one that understands that this place is a niche, and by doing the things that some people do, the niche becomes a graveyard of an international community that once had potential and now does not.

Instead of having one large international community, we have been divided among three sections:

1. I like ACF, but the Khabib is illegal
   
2. I like ACF, but the Khabib is legal
   
3. ACF shouldn't be part of this
