When this medieval city is built I'd like to build with a new theme in a different biome. Some ideas so far are an Ewok style village in the trees (jungle), an ancient Greek city (mountains or plains, I presume), Viking/Nordic town in an (ice plains or ice hills) and an ancient Egyptian city in the desert (with pyramids). Anyone with ideas on what to build in a forest, taiga or swamp feel free to chime in.

Gopher, I'm working on updating the server. I know I've been crazy about changing worlds frequently but what I'd like to do is create a new world and make it survival only. Going into creative would only be permitted in a few circumstances. And I want to stick to that world for quite some time.

I've been on one of my other buddy's server tooling around some. The new fireworks are cool :)

You know, the server's been inactive lately... I'd like to start using it again more, as opposed to see it gathering dust. I heard the other day from Kilo that he began playing it some more again, something I think would be fun to do as well. Maybe we could fire 'er up again and have some fun!

I've installed a plugin for selecting art files. Place a painting on the wall, then right click on it, then use the scroll wheel to select the art piece you want. When you've got the one you want right click on it again and you're done. This is so much better than slapping art on the wall 25 times until you get the one you wanted.

Myself, Gopher, Shamgar, Abel and Ninja all approve of a 2nd world file. Whoever talks to Kilo and Delta next, please let them know. I've already found a good seed and we'll start using the 2nd world on Wednesdays for a trial period. You'll all still be Ops and within a reasonable distance you'll find two jungles, a desert, taiga, forest and plains (and a temple each in the jungles and the desert). I didn't see any villages but didn't explore real far.

I am considering the idea of having a 2nd world file for the server, which I would use one day a week. My thinking here is that we could all play in two worlds. Maybe we want to spread out in the 2nd and not live in a walled village. Maybe you want to build a home that's a giant ship floating just off the coast (something I want to try someday). I just think it would be more interesting to play two worlds at once and it would get less boring that way. I'm only suggesting the 2nd world be running 1 day a week as a trial. What do you guys think?

This has nothing to do with MC but just wanted to ask you guys, what do you think of a few games Mann vs Machine? I can invite you guys to max it out, 6 people could be something like, Me, Joab, exetra, what do you guys think?

I have a request. Can we try to stop spawning so many chickens in the world (specifically inside the walls)? I know it's sorta silly but I get sick of seeing chickens everywhere I go: Inside houses, outside, in the church, etc. There's so many chickens, I think they may overthrow us! 0.o

I have installed a plugin that lets you keep the items in your inventory and your xp if you die. If someone finds out it doesn't work please let me know.

I made a NPC Store Stall area (Near the Town Hall). You can buy and sell items, however use them too much and the items will go away. If they do, please replace the villagers useing creative (Use the same type of villager though). And make sure to do all the trades they offer to unlock all of them and if all the deals are bad then kill him and make a new one.

FYI, there will almost certainly not be a craftbukkit.jar file for 1.3 ready before Thursday, perhaps even longer. As soon as one is ready I'll apply it to the server. I'm updating to 1.3 and playing SP until then.

We're keeping this world Ninja. The server may be down for a day while I wait for a new .jar file to come out but I won't create a new world.

What are we going to do when 1.3 comes out? New world but keep the old one? Ore are we going to just keep this world?

I don't think people placed wood will act as a tree, but if it does we need to make sure that we have the stone before we'd cut it down. But yeah it sounds like it'd look pretty cool.

How would everyone feel about re-building the outer village wall with stone brick? It would take awhile and a ton of resources but I'll do my share and I know Gopher would help as well. I think it would look better and trying to make any changes with the wood logs causes problems, like it behaving like a tree and large chunks of the wall falling to the ground.

She can create one for free. If she doesn't want to, or isn't allowed to that's fine, but if she wants to have more input it would help if she created one.

Delta said she would join, she just doesn't have a Steam account.

Could someone please tell Delta about this group. I'm not friends with her on Steam.
