Suggestions for 5v5 Ambush layouts

ambush mode is just not that competitive cuz there are even more campers,we Chinese players will be very willing to take part in the compete if it includes 'push' mode and we actually got a lot of high-skill players

FOCUS point was asked to address maps adequeate for such a "Small Player Count" and any issues that we all think may arise with 5 v 5 Ranked Ambush.

It was noted by Admin the current map layouts would be unsuitable. How can we Help???

MY Suggestion is to focus on a few bad aspects wich may arise. NUMBER 1 Problem in my thoughts is would be " No Defined Front Line or Situational Awarness". This can occur when maps too large and multiple Flanks are comprimised.

( Strictly Building to Building Fighting in a somewhat linear map fashion may stop this.??) Reducing Flank options down to 1-2 and Death Alleys need to be thought of as bad choke points.keep in mind....

i dont think we should include night maps in competitive just because you have to waste a supply point on nvg. keep in mind that im pretty new so i might be mistaken. just a thought

Maps that are not suitable for Ambush like Kandagal: Uprising (probably due to its dark environment, but the amount of places that are sweet spots for camping makes it unsuitable for a 5v5 Ambush), Heights (the size of the map is too large and objective B is such an open area that snipers from anywhere can pick them off anytime, objective A and C have too many ground to cover and campers are invulnerable), Contact (although it might become a great map, the open area in the middle of the map makes players very vulnerable to snipers while they are transitioning from objectives, and some objectives have too many entrances making it easy for flankers and assaults to barge in the objective, doing a piece of cake job eliminating the ones defending the objective).

Maps that should not be used for Ambush are maps such as Kandagal. Although the tall grasses do kind of hide our appearance, we are sitting ducks out there unless we are on the objective, buildings with lots of cover. It is advantageous to those who rush for objectives instead of playing tactical. A huge plus for snipers especially if they are on objective B, because how it is the centerpoint of the map and its high placement which provides vision to most part of the map.

Ministry is probably one of the best and suitable maps for competitive (alpha) because of its lack of closed areas where people can camp and the size of the map itself is not considerably large. The routes to each objective are not too vulnerable to campers which makes it all the more better.

Maps that share similar features to Ministry: Market (high and low places, not too much closed areas making it perfect for assault on objectives without being picked off by campers), District (balance between open field and closed areas such as buildings)

Don't provide too many routes for people to take advantage of and also don't have too many bottlenecks where the objective area can be easily camped. It's a weird balance that can only be achieved through trial and error, lots of testing.

Chamir, it is only a game, and maybe players have to do urgently somethings or must leave the game for any reasons.Why do want punish them because of that ? I have more than 2000 hours playing insurgency and some times when a team is really not good, i leave the game, because i do not enjoy to play with them .That in one word it is called '' liberty''.
