Server Update!

1. New Map ( rp_downtown_reloaded )
2. Bank manager job
3. Added Smart Snap tool
4. Fixed all the shipments & decreased quantity.
5. Old F4 menu is back, due to some problems. (another one will be added soon though)
6. Simple Weather (without rain, snow or storm)
7. New printers.
8. More slots in inventory for VIPs & default users.
