Tips to Sucess:
Sniping isnt just quick scoping, hard scoping is as important if not more important than quick scoping. Dont pain urself into thinking that you have to quick scop evey shot, i would rather see someone hit first shot with a hard scope then miss 17 thousand times with quick scopes. A lot of the succesful quick scopers hard scope almost more than most people. Most good quick scopers earn to quick scope by hard scoping untill their hard scope becomes so quick its a quick scope, this is how i learnt to do it as have many others


Black ops sniping : dont rush your shot wait till your scope is fully in then fire. Rushed shots are randomized which i see many people do.

When using the variable scope how many times have u been caught in a situation where u are on the wrong zoom and die because of it. To quickly change ur zoom back to the first zoom double tap change weapons and it automaticalls changes to the smallest zoom. < REMOVED AFTER LATEST PATCH

No scoping can be more consistent by double tapping change weapon twice then shooting, or various other methods that are harder to understand/ do. Another method im trialing is the silent shot from mw2 for black ops although it doesnt result in a silent killcam

Try not to rush spawn with a sniper rifle. You will do much better minding an alley way behind a spawn point that players will walk into. You have the upperhand while they dont know where you are or what you are aiming at. Try to only rush a spawn when you are confident in your surroundings where the enemies are spawning and where your teamates are.
