Membership is by invite only.

All players must have a working mic. If you want to play without communication then play in TF2lobby.

We use the "fat kid" system for organising teams:

1. An announcement that a mix is starting will be posted in the group (any group member can post announcements). Players who want to participate join the TF2 server and Mumble server in the announcement.

2. All players join spectate on the server except two volunteers who will play medic. *

* If there are no volunteers for Medic, the two players who are last to join spectate after "last to spec" is called when the server is full, have to play Medic.

3. Both medics will have a melee fight. The winner of this fight picks the first player for their team. The losing medic then picks the second player for their own team. After this the previously picked player is the one who chooses the next player for his/her team.

4. The last person to be picked is the "fat kid" and everyone is encouraged to point and laugh at him/her for being so fat and unpopular.

5. Video games. At this point the match can start.

Server and Mumble depends of availability and who the organizer is.
