1. If you don't understand how to enter a raffle, add a staff member hosting the raffle, and don't send a trade if your not sure if you did it right, please.

2. If a staff member doesn't refund you if a raffle was not completed then send a friend request to the owner.

3. Lastly, if you wish to donate to our group, only send it to the owner.
