Herts SU Esports Society is the first official home for esports at the University of Hertfordshire. Since 2016, we've fielded teams in a variety of collegiate, open and invitational tournaments both online and offline including The National University eSports League, Arrow League and National Student Esports. Hertfordshire has quickly grown to be a premier esports university, most recently taking home a win at the National Student Esports launch event at the Red Bull Gaming Sphere in London. Along with this we host awesome events, including viewings, trips to live events, LANs and our own tournaments!


Anyone can join Herts SU Esports Society, regardless of whether you're a student at the University of Hertfordshire - however the society is primarily intended for students, staff and alumni.

However, only students are eligible to play for the university's competitive teams.


There's a couple of ways to join the society:

1. Go to a Hertfordshire Students' Union office and join there - you can find them in the Hutton building (opposite The Forum) on College Lane Campus, or next to the Weston Auditorium on De Havilland Campus.

2. Visit our Herts SU society page [hertfordshire.su], and buy a subscription there.
