Goodbye.

Wow.
I don't know how to start this and it really hurts me to do this after all the hopes and dreams I had for this title, almost 2 years ago.
I'll try to go straight as possible to the point, without diverging the post.

Monstrum 2 is dead, and for real this time.
Now, some of you are not updated on the situation, if you're really curious about the full story, you can text me in private.
In summary = The decline started tecnically on August Update for some features but it wasn't that bad.
The real decline started with October Update and April Update showed the true face and intentions of Junkfish.
They don't care about you, they do what they want to do, they absolutely don't know what they're doing with their game and try to go at random as possible or try to follow Behaviour
reasoning thinking dead by daylight is a good game (that's a bruh moment right there), they don't listen, put in the game things that nobody asked (even removing integral parts of the game)
and make us wait other 3 months on purpose, they clearly don't need and don't want a community since there are almost zero interactions with them and they try to remain as less transparent
as possible, they only sometimes show up on m2-game-chat to pounder and silence people who are righteously mad, they even one time closed a calm no-ill interesting discussion about the balance of the game.

They're not making a videogame. They're making Marketing.
The game will fail and they're preparing fast as possible for the release on September-October to gain some fast money and quit.
Look, this is not the game I fell in love. This is not the M2 I thought I knew.
You know me. I even had patience and gave them the benifit of the doubt.
And waited, and waited, and waited, and waited.....
I can't support it anymore, as well as many others.
They're killing the game and it showes how all the community died with it.
If by some MIRACLE, Junkfish will make the game better with further updates, resolve the M1 problem and know how to acquire a normal steady playerbase, I'll eat my words and come back.
But let's be real.
The June patch already showed it.

You may noticed we even stopped m2 day for a long time.
With that being said, I pronounce the full disclosure of this group.
Don't worry, I'm not deleting it.
The group will remain open, anybody can enter, leave and even chat.
I met so many wonderful people in this community and created a lot of wonderful memories.


It was a fun ride.
I guess this is a goodbye.
I'll miss M2.

Today M2 day's will be a custom one!!
Why we're making this strange change?
Due to the recent patch, the game has become more unplayable than before.
In the meanwhile we're discussing with the developers on how to fix it, we'll play custom rules, to make more enjoyable the experience for everyone.
If needed, we can go in private lobbies.
Rules:

1) NO medikits/NO heals vs Malacosm
2) NO fire extinguisher vs Malacosm
3) IF Brute hit you with a full body Charge (the brute stops basically where you are) you have to stay still and let the brute kills you.
4) NO bhagra

This is an Experiment, and of course we're doing this to give monsters and prisoners, from new to experienced players, all the same chances of having fun playing m2
A BIG DISCLAIMER:
If you don't want to partecipate, don't join. We don't force anyone.
If you don't like the rules we can discuss IN GAME only, so only the people that will actually play can share a usefull opinion.

From November 11th, the m2 day was always an initiative to make a day of the week where all people from the community or outside could join and have fun in Mostrum 2, without the hassle for searching a lobby.

At first was Thursday because a streamer helped us into making it and he could stream back then only on Thursday. Then i decided to move it on Wednesday to see what happens.

However now, i'm realizing that the best option would be at the end of the weekend.
We already discussed it with Eddie and Bombet in "M2 Schedule" a long time ago, so i put my final decision on Saturday.
I hope you'll like it more now than before.
If you have some problems or something just write it here on the post.

I'm sorry to announce this late but i made a new decision about the m2 day.
I did an experiment during these weeks and found more players are active during Wednesday than Thursday.
So i decided to move m2 day on Wednesday, same hours still.
Hope this will not change for a lot of you.
