Hello,

My name is Mango and I am one of the members of Gray Legion. We played tonight against butts on their server. I'm new to the UGC scene, but I would (on behalf of my team) like to protest the result of the match (we lost 2-1) for numerous reasons.

First, butts illegally paused during the second round of the match. The team leader (naminal) told our leader (Wasteful) that their heavy was having connection issues. Upon checking the rules, we realized that this was not a valid excuse for pausing the game as it was not a server wide problem and their heavy never left the match. I'm not sure but the penalty is for this, and I trust the admins will take this into consideration.

As a side note, GL also had to pause during the first round as our scout's client had crashed and he left the server. We, as a courtesy to the other team, played a little while with 8 while he was reconnecting. During the second round our engie also disconnected for a little while. We continued to play regardless. Plain and simple, we followed the simple rules for pausing. butts didn't.

Finally, at the end of the second round, the match had already ran 1.5 hours+ due to the legal pause by GL, the illegal pause by butts, and the late start because GL had to wait for butts to have 9 players. The lateness caused several of our players to have to leave, so wasteful connected naminal about rescheduling. naminal agreed and our players left. It was only after people started leaving did this happen:

As you can see, a player by the name of Uhmairh not only was extremely rude and disrespectful towards us (I feel we did nothing wrong to warrant this) and SCREAMED at us to ready up or forfeit. The remainder of his/her team and our team started getting frusterated and it got kind of ugly. It was at this time naminal went back on his agreement to reschedule as he realized that his team couldn't make Tuesday. naminal also refused to let us use ringers as he cited that ringers must be approved beforehand. We felt it there were extenuating circumstances, but he disagreed. While being continuously screamed at by butts, we managed to find an eighth man and played the last round. GL lost and therefore lost the match. The chat logs between Wasteful and naminal are here:

Like I said, I'm new to the UGC scene and I am unsure how this procedure works. But I feel like we have a valid case for either butts forfeiting or the third round being replayed.
