Basically, we all have noticed that there are a lot of gamers, new and old, that simply do not want/know how to use IRC. For these exact gamers, we've also seen steam and xfire groups made for the sole purpose of getting a scrim (a private game between 2 teams)

GamersPortal has come up with an easy-to-use system that anyone can use to get a scrim. Via the web! So there is no need to download any application.
