The Good Dad Gang is a movement dedicated to recognizing fathers and the role they play in a child's life. Together as a community of Dads, we support and motivate each other to be positive role models and better parents to our kids. Any man can be a father, but not every man is a good dad.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates are calculated via the USPS Calculator for all Domestic & International Orders.

When will my order arrive?

All Domestic and International orders are shipped via USPS Ground. We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. Please allow up to 4 business days for order processing/payment verification, and an additional 7-10 business days for delivery.

Can you send me stickers?

Each web store purchase comes with a couple of stickers, you can also purchase individual stickers on our site. Unfortunately, we are unable to honor any requests for free stickers.

How can I return an item purchased through the Online Shop?

We regret to inform you that we are unable to accept or approve items for return. As per our site's Terms & Conditions, it is indicated prior to purchase that all sales are final.

I'd like to exchange an item from my order, how can I do that?

If all tags are in tact (still attached to the item) and the item is still in it's original packaging, we will gladly assist in reviewing your order for exchange. We require that photos be sent in so that we may properly review these items in question. Please contact info@merchalot.com for more information.

When are particular items released?

Release dates and company updates are pushed through our various social media channels. You may also sign up for our newsletter on our Home page.

Do you re-stock your inventory?

Due to the limited nature of each collection, restocks may not be available for certain items. Limited releases will not be re-stocked once sold out.

Do you offer gift cards?

Gift cards are not currently available.
