* Gave proper HUD elements to all weapons.
* Fixed main menu buttons having slightly different shades of white.
* Fixed "Marked for Death" not appearing above health bar.
* Updated Scout drink meter to be based on 8-second duration instead of 6.
* Added MvM scoreboard to all existing scoreboards (no user work required).
* Made a ton of other adjustments to accommodate MvM content.
