Here, you have the freedom of anything, you can be as you like, but listen to others. Do not be an absolute flankhole, you can be playful, but if you are an outright jackflank, you will be removed from our little community.

Yes, Most things are allowed, this includes shipping. This isn't ponychan, it is not bound by ponychan's rules. Any link is allowed, in control of course. Should a large amount of people have a problem with something, the officers will discuss it.
