Left4Dead 2 Uncensored?!?

Soooooo, we have worked out the secrets of uncensoring l4d2 Australian version. This will not get you VAC banned or anything of the like.

Step 1. Goto "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2"
Step 2. Change your "steam_appid.txt" from 550 to 510 and save/exit
Step 3. make a shortcut for the left4dead.exe
Step 4. Goto "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2"
Step 5. Open the file "steam" with either notepad or notepad ++ and change the app id from 550 to 510 save/exit

Thats it, you're done. You'll have to run this from the shortcut you made and NOT through steam.

Also! Thanks to ThePengwin we have a cracked server running to accept these versions of l4d.
YOU WILL NOT be able to join normal public servers.
If you want the normal version back just change the appid's back

Well... We are hopefully gonna get some l4d custom maps going soon.
Why l4d you ask? Well, ♥♥♥♥ you. Left4Dead 2 is censored as ♥♥♥♥.

Also, taking suggestions on what to host WITHIN REASON, like if a heap of us arn't going to play then why do it.
Games that require windows as a dedicated OS are a ♥♥♥♥♥ to set up.
