We did initiate a slow shift of the Skill Group boundaries recently, due to an increase in players and a substantial upward drift over time in the skill groups distribution. While this won’t impact the quality of your matches (you are matched based on an underlying rank value and not the visible Skill Group), many players will experience a change in their Skill Group as the distribution returns to a bell curve centered approximately at Gold Nova 4. We also shipped a recent update that will automatically monitor and maintain consistency of the players skill groups distribution. That should eliminate the need to make such disruptive boundary adjustments in the future.

Simply go to Program Files(x86)>Steam>steamapps>common>Counter Strike Global Offensive>csgo>scripts>items

You will see a txt document that says item_game.txt Back up that txt document and put it somewhere else. Now open the file and press Ctrl+F and find "weapon_knife" find next 3 times and it will have a number 42 next to the "weapon_knife" text. Next to the "model_player" and "model_world" text there will something that says "models/weapons/v_knife_default_ct.mdl" and "models/weapons/w_knife_default_ct.mdl". Change both of them to the knife you want. I will show you how later.

Now do this for the T side. Ctrl_F and find "weapon_knife_t" only 1 time. Do the exact same thing like you did for the CT side.

  Next thing is to save the txt document and open csgo. Play offline and boom
  you got your knife. This is very useful if your goin travelling and there's no internet
  
  If you want to play online again change it back to the default skins.. I hope this helps you guys
