Fianna Fáil (usually translated as Warriors of Destiny or Warriors of Fál, Fál being legendary name for Ireland) were a band of warriors led by Fionn Mac Cumhaill. These legendary warriors of Ireland have lent their name to the Fenians.

We are a band of brothers playing Native Mount and Blade: Warband. We adopt the ancient and medieval tactics of the Gaelic warriors such as the Ceithernigh (light infantry), Gallóglaigh (heavy infantry), and Marcaigh (light cavalry) highly valued throughout the world as formidable warriors and mercenaries.

We wish for our army to be composed of highly versatile and skilled soldiers. Therefore, we encourage our soldiers to be able to do the following with proficiency:
1. Be able to throw darts, javelins, axes, and/or knives
2. Be able to fight in formation without teamhitting/teamkilling and without deserting your ground
3. Be able to use successful anti-cavalry tactics
4. Be able to ride a horse

House of Ravenhold title goes to Fianna Fáil - king abdicated

The king of Ravenhold has abdicated his throne and now we get the title of House of Ravenhold because he surrendered us and we win by debellatio. We as a warrior band have no use for terroritory, so we are merely using the title, although not prominently because we have no ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ use for it except to make it known we totally destroyed another person's state.

From now on, all officers are barons to Ravenhold and all soldiers are knights I ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ guess.

Good job men on winning a war by not fighting.

The army is split up into two battle groups (the Irish battle group and the Garda Ellineach [Hellenic Guard]) as well as a horse skirmisher detachment.

An Garda Ellineach is commanded by stratigos Julicos and is a mixed unit of mainly skoutatoi along with some psiloi. They carry their own Byzantine banner and orders are given in Greek.

The horse skirmisher detachment is commanded by kapitan Red Oktoberfest which scouts and harasses the enemy.

The main battle group fights in the Gaelic style with galloglaigh, commanded by captaen Robo_Sock, and ceithernigh, commanded by captaen O hEighnigh.
