Far Cry 4's game patch 1.5.0 has been release with the following patch notes:

• Added 21:9 aspect ratio support
  
• Added Russian text and subtitles to worldwide game version
  
• Fixed an issue with aim assist
  
• Fixed an issue with grappling if aim button was remapped on another key
  
• Fixed an issue with mouse input
  
• Fixed an issue with movement key binding on mouse buttons
  
• Fixed an issue with Uplay invites in Steam version
  
• Fixed various Controls issues
  
• Fixed various Graphic issues
  
• Fixed various IGE issues
  
• Fixed various Session Browser issues
  
• Fixed various UI issues
  
• NVIDIA graphics preset was removed
  
• Reduced performance drop impact during streaming

Ubisoft has released Far Cry 4 1.4.0 Patch, here is the full changelog:

As Ubisoft had announced early this week[far-cry.ubi.com] the 1.4.0 Patch is coming, the patch was initialy planned to be released this friday but Ubisoft delayed it to early next week.

It seems as a promise that those who have black screen issues will have their problem solved for good, and also a grey screen when encountering a certain outpost will be resolved. (More bug fixes and adjustments might be included)
