I've opened these up a couple of days before they will start counting points to maximise people's chances of creating their teams in time and avoid being caught out by early games.

The previous weeks (ESEA week 6 and ETF2L week 4) are still technically open to make a team, but they only have one day to run and there won't be any games so ignore them.
