OM Fallen Glory

It all began with a boom..
High above the skies of America, little to the knowledge of the American People, were secretly developed Chinese Bombers. These bombers detonated EMP devices above the United States, taking out the overwhelming amount of the United States electricity. The Pentagon was able to respond, sending nuclear warheads to China, whose own systems suffered a serious malfunction. At the same time, the same scenario played outbetween Russia and Europe, with NATO Forces in Europe also devastating much of North Africa and the Middle East - which had joined a pact with Russia.

Now the world lays in Ruins: Europe and North America were sent back in time, nearly all electrical products made useless. Russia, North Africa, the Middle East, China, and North Korea were nuked into oblivion.

Now, Japan, Brazil, and South Africa remain the worlds leading superpowers. This Roleplay will not concern them however.

This Roleplay will concern the people left in Washington D.C, 10 years after the devastating event - in the year 2026.

So D.C. is one of the largest cities in the United States, true. It's also a horrible place to survive in the event of total social and economic shutdown. While limiting it to D.C. made it nice to keep RP together and have people meet up it has sort of limited the RP and quite heavily. Factions are based solely in the capital city and while D.C. is important, having Confederates in D.C. makes little sense. D.C. would be destroyed/cleaned in the event of shutdown meaning there are no supplies, destroyed buildings, and lots of disease with no way to combat it. Furthermore, I feel that opening our RP somewhat will somewhat allow there to be greater stories and RP. Of course in some ways this relies on you RPer and if this doesn't work out we may have to return to D.C. in one way or another.

Down below are voting options. The type of voting system used for this will be Alternative vote so please rank the choices in whatever order you wish (if you so choose you can only vote for one, two, three however many you choose. more can be explained in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Y3jE3B8HsE )

A. Open up the RP only to the State of Maryland and Virginia

B. Open up the RP to New England

C. Open up the RP to New England and Eastern Canada

D. Open up the RP to the East Coast and Eastern Canada

E. Open up the RP to all of the US and it's surrounding nations

F. Keep it in the D.C. Area

The reason there are so many choices are to custom tailor this RP so everyone is happy.

Day 3

Violent storms continued to fill the skies above Washington, and violence filled the streets. Patriots, Commissars, and Brazillians alike fought around the Washington Monument - until a poorly placed artillery blast knocked the Monument Down, followed by a Helicopter crashing nearby. The battle raged for a short period afterward, until a mysterious Black Jet napalmed the area. Now, the City has an almost depressed mood around it.
