Hello everyone,

With my utmost regret I shall be announcing that at the end of this month of June, my Exotica Gaming Deathrun server will unfortunately be shutting down. After the past 3 months I have watched the server grow so quickly and I cannot thank all of the members here who joined the steam group and have been playing the server ever since, as your support has been much appreciated.

Many of you may be wondering my reasoning behind this harsh decision, and although I wish I still was, I am no longer as dedicated to steam and my server as I should be and have been previously. Over the last few weeks I have been rarely online and playing as I have been very busy with personal life and I no longer enjoy myself on steam, and since then I have agreed that there is no need for myself to run a server that I’m no longer involved with.

I would like to thoroughly apologise for after such a short time of the server flourishing that it must come to an end so fast. Gaming and steam in general is not enjoyable for me anymore, which is unfortunate because I really have enjoyed the experience of running my own first server, however the growth and support from community has encouraged me to maybe rebuild a new EG server at a later stage in the future.

As a whole, I am deciding to take a long break from steam for now as this stage of my life has grown from me, but I would like to thank all the staff who have helped to support myself over this short period and all of the members who have populated the server and evolved the EG community.

So for now I say goodbye, but I hope to see many of you again soon in the future, whether it be on my own or fellow friend 7One’s new servers.
