Reno chatted me up the other day and said "Its soon 10 years since Euroskillz started".
No way, I replied. It cant be!!!
Time just cant go that fast! Or can it?

I just had to dig into all the old files and found a chat message from the owner of TFC4Ever from 2005-02-16:

"TFC4ever-Stefan: when u want to upload a map, use ftp login name web3 and pw is ltllama. go to /html/hlds_l_skill/ and u will find your server.
copy maps and stuff then under /tfc/maps and so on. like windows."

I had been playing on his server for a while with [HCG][T4E] Demon and Ramon and Big Fat German Guy for a year. I one day suggested, "Why not have a skills server?" Stef accepted on the term that I managed the server.

I would say that was the start of it all. Stefan set that server up the 16th of february 2005.

So on Monday it is 10 years since I got the crazy idea to start a skillz server.
It was called Skill@TFC4Ever but later was renamed to Euroskillz.

So to celebrate this lovelly mental institution called Euroskillz and all my fond memories if it I have assembled a collection of old demos.

Starring:
- The Dustbowl event with Kermits vs Dolls with a Karaoke plugin added.
- A couple of sponge bobs on a lamp
- n3c moon walking
- Some soldiers doing, ehh, wtf are they doing?
- And the REVELATION! What actually happened during the Prize Ceremony for the first Ez[AM] player Emp, where he got a headshot before receiving his prize? But! Who was the shooter?
