EnigmatiC - Counter-Strike 1.6

It's been a while since i posted an announcement, but i also made this in to an event(Enigmatic's first steam event, YAY!).

On july 4th at around 7:00 PM there will be a mass unbanning, everyone currently banned will be unbanned except for some recent cheaters.
