Hi guys,

i think you can stil recall the 2nd world-wide unofficial Total War survey.

Fredrin aka Tiberius Cracktus returned and he recently set up a really interesting and fair survey about Attila, which will also ask some questions about TW future, like Warhammer etc.

[h1]It's definitely worth the time.[/h1] It took me about 10 minutes to complete it.

I was not involved into that project this time, but that doesn't say it's not great :) It really is and I felt it was worth the time taking it.

So far we had over 3000 participants in a couple of days.

hello everyone I have a problem with my rome 2 it doesnt say i have any mods is there a solution? (i have downloaded mod from steam workshop)

Fireclaw, I doubt that's possible. Warscape Engine bottlenecks on processing power. It is important to have a fast CPU and also, unexpectedly but true, to install it to an SSD, because the game seems to load quite a few things even when in battle, that it hasn't set in your RAM. R2 on an HDD will lead to very uneven performance while in the game, sometimes the FPS may drop for 10-20 seconds during battle and you wonder why.

So, on importance: CPU > SSD > Graphicscard > RAM.

OCing notebooks is a big no-no!
Overheats quickly, and beside that, actually will clock down due to heat - which will bring graphic lags and negative fps spikes in performance while playing.

@Fireclaw Attila has higher requirements as it seems. In the early demo (dev in progress) there are more effects chooseable and also real antialiasing in addition to MLAA we had in Rome 2. I think you might lower a few settings to maintain your framerate because the extended fire effects and smoke have been reported to knock down the FPS. I am not sure if it healthy to Overclock a notebook at all. They have very limited cooling and in opposite to a PC this may lead to a higher wear of your notebook's hardware.

GTX 745m, 8 GB RAM

I can run Rome 2 on High settings at 30 FPS according to benchmark. Do you think I can do the same for Attila?

Hi, looking for some people to do Multiplayer campaign. I don't currentley have a working mic so if it would be okay if we used typing to communicate. I'd be happy to play any faction apart from Rome, Carthage, Qidri and Iceni, but the other player is welcome to use those factions. I don't have any of the DLC's but I am running on the "All factions mod" Which I can link if needed, so we can play any faction that has not been included in a DLC (Therefore the Mod is Legitimate).
