Clan goals

It is our intention to build a group of players committed teamwork and cooperation, winning games through planning and coordination, while treating others with respect and in a friendly manner. These aspects are vital to us. We do not tolerate mean players or lone wolves; we want those interested in playing in a team environment. If you're motivated by community spirit and teamwork, you might just find your home in the Crossroad Bandits.

Organizational Structure

The clan is led by Lazy J, rabblerouser, and usevalue. At this time there is no intermediate ranking system, though that may change as the clan grows.

Code of conduct

We ask all members to adhere to a simple code of conduct. We ask members not to act offensively to other players, whether in the clan or out of it, whether in game or on TeamSpeak or a forum discussion. Rather than writing a long list of what qualifies as offensive under what circumstances, we have a simple rule: if someone says they're hurt or upset by your words or actions, apologize and move on. It's that simple. It's not about following a universal set of rules, it's about showing respect for one another as we play. Remember, you represent not just yourself, but all of us as a group. Your actions reflect the clan.

In case of violations, all disciplinary action is at the discretion of the leadership. In general, our procedure is first a verbal warning; if the behavior continues, there will be a discussion with the offender to uncover reasons for the pattern of behavior and discuss alternative strategies. We believe in giving people a lot of chances to grow and change, but if we find total unwillingness to accept responsibly, then we may decide to ban a member from the clan.
