Core Cast is a podcast hosted by Matt Treck, Spence D'Mann, and Syletsia. We originally started the podcast in in April of 2010 as a small podcast that was only released on The Core Guild's website. We decided to restart the podcast in August of 2011 as something that could be published globally without any legal issues. At that point we only published onto iTunes and The Core Guild's website. Since then we have expanded our publishing to a Libsyn Blog, Stitcher, and The BlackBerry Podcast Network. We release mainly gaming related episodes however the entertainment industry in general, including games, movies, television shows, and other forms of entertainment often come up in our conversations.

Our current schedule is to release an episode averaging an hour long every other Friday.

There has been a change in plans for Core Cast. This post will explain them.

First of all, we have decided to hold off on the website. But we will touch more on in a minute.

You may be wondering where all of this will be published, well that's the brilliant part. On The Core Guild forums!
We have a category set up that will contain all of our content.
We plan on starting on August 20th however it may happen before or after then.

The website's launch date will be next year. I am currently aiming around March.
I simply don't and won't have the time to dedicate myself to this until next year, once I am settled with my schedule. I will be working on it off and on until then.

Core Cast Steam Group

Core Cast now has a Steam group! Now let me tell you about it.

Currently the Steam group is invite only. Only members of Core Cast will be permitted to use it. However, after we lauch, the group will go public. Anyone who wishes to join may feel free to. We will have events, parties, pretty much anything we do will be awesome.
