just to clarify: i believe that if you play C-S, and your good enough to be in the clan/group, they must have alot of time on their hands to stay that good! (but some lucky bastards seem to be naturally talented at FPS's!)

It's the Civil Service Coat of Arms. On one side is the Lion and on the other is the Unicorn.

The Unicorn is on the other side of the round thingy to the Lion, it's usually obscured due to the CT page layout. If you can download the background image it should be on there.
