if ur referring to the crit spoon + stomp combo, i assume its based both on internal (timing, positioning, ...) and external (ping, latency, packet loss, ...) factors. if u mean actually double stomping with the mantreads, ive seen it happen quite a few times in situations where both me and the enemy are in the air, and i stomp them with enough velocity - it creates a sort of sequence where the enemy is pushed into the ground rather quickly and you land on them again. don't think either "tech" is really applicable consistently though, someone correct me if im wrong

I don't mind as much if they are actual trolldiers, even ones that aren't super good, so long as they can make a kill or two and actually play the role whether it's needed or not.

The ones that log into a match, say to themselves "I can barely even rocket jump, I am going to 'play trolldier,' something requiring an advanced portion for a skill I don't have the basics down for, look mommy babby's first meme wait no I just cratered 40 times really showed them" not so much.

The name itself is implying they are decent enough to troll some with their jumps, and at least be annoying to take out.
If you can't land some kills you're not a trolldier. Go to a jump map, ctf or hightower and learn to jump.
Maybe being a failure at the meme will provoke them to.
