A Far Superior Addiction

Hath not a Gamer eyes? Hath not a Gamer hands, organs, dimensions, senses, affections, passions? Fed with the same food, hurt with the same weapons, subject to the same diseases, healed by the same means, warmed and cooled by the same winter and summer, as a non-Gamer is?
If you frag us, do we not bleed? If you critically miss us, do we not laugh? If you camp us, do we not cry? And if you grief us, shall we not revenge?”

I see a war universe. More likely, an infinite array of universes exists- but ours seems based on war, and games. Gaming- one of the last unblemished diversions that’s fun to pursue these days. Returning to prosaic problems of everyday life’s like getting hit in the face with a brick. Real life sucks. Alternatively gaming is part of life. Whether we realize it or not, everybody, from Grandma Lucy to her neighbors plays games, if not today then yesterday. Whether it be checkers, cards, chess, I challenge anyone to show me a human who plays no games of any description. Some people may claim gaming is unhealthy when they feel it doesn’t apply to them. In reality, I wager that when games are rendered purely they enhance life, are healthy, and good for the soul. Us audacious, valiant gamers, boldly go into the fray of wits, and skill- seeking ownage. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t do drugs, I don’t behave inappropriately with the opposite sex;
I play video games. . . A far superior addiction.
