Everyone can schedule events. I was thinking of using events if people are looking to farm specific monsters for a piece of gear or doing event quests. IE If i knew i was getting home at 6pm and needed that cool Odogaron armor, then I would schedule an event for Odo starting at 6 and if others were inclined to murder Clifford the Big Red Dog, they can be ready for it.
