Due to the high amount of players joining the server, we have decided to put a password on the server for the weekend for test purposes and for better gameplay to the regular players. Password is "flux", just like the teamspeak pw.

Just letting everyone know that someone is posing as us with a server with the same name as ours!
I tried contacting the owner just to find myselfinsulted and banned instantly from the server

We had stumbled upon similar problem on 2 of our official servers (#4 and #22). We're trying to figure out what is wrong ATM. Can't assure you anymore unfortunately :(

Guys server files and backup were corrupted,

and we have tried for the last 4 hours to fix this,

we have posted things in all forums,

we have had professional help

we have had help from multiple players

we have posted a bug report followup on LIF bugtrack page

and after 4 updates the database is so corrupted we have no way to restoring functionality to the server,

we did managed to get the server back on at least to see if it was salvageable.

We are left with no option other than to restore the server to vanilla start; this means a clean wipe a full clean reset.

Bear in mind with us, we to did spend 100+ hours in this, and it’s a real shame to loose everything.

We also tried our best as gamers not to let this happen this but, in the end this is Still a Alpha code Game, meaning its prone to bugs, glitches and game breaking patches.

Ill have more technicality about the corruption in the coming days

if i can i leave a promisse of trying harder to secure and make the server better in anyway i can in the future. We've met with some good ppl that are willing to help build a better database code

Sorry for this in the name of all the friends admins and ppl that spent time playing on the server, hope you wont leave us.

Hello, everyone!

As many of you might have noticed, the recent patch caused corruption on our world data.

That's why we took the server down yesterday: client and server updates caused the server to crash, and we were unable to restart it due to a server failure in reading a memory patch from the world data.

Using previous backups from our world data did not work as well. The patch might have changed the way the server reads data from the database, but I'm no expert, so I can't say for sure.

We tried deleting the faulty memory patch as a last try and the server was able to start, but that's what caused many instabilities and constructions to be lost.

That's why the server will be down for today while we work as fast as we can to get things back to the state they were yesterday before the crash.

I apologize for the inconvenience, and hope you all understand. If anybody knows any workarounds or have any suggestions, feel free to contact us.
