There is a new bootleg server coming up in a few days. It's Unoffical but run by veterans of the original Bootleg RP. Re-designed map and all. Approval processes are a lot less strict so things will flow a bit better. From what I understand the server is down till the 5.0 update. It was to expensive to run the server with so little people playing.
