Hello everyone!

A few weeks ago we introduced you to the concept of the Dosh Vault, but made note that it may not make it into this update. We are happy to announce that it will be part of the next update along with the new holdout style map, Nightmare, as well as the two new weapons, all shipping later this month!

With that in mind, we want to share some details on how this first implementation of the Dosh Vault will work (we are expecting it to grow and evolve over time, with your feedback being a part of that process!). Completing the existing Weekly Missions, as well as new Daily Missions, will earn Vault Dosh. This new Vault Dosh can then be used to purchase a Vault Crate containing a set of rewards, one of which will be granted when you open a Vault Crate.

Rewards obtained via the Dosh Vault will be only obtainable this way and will not be tradable or marketable. These items can include variants of existing weapon skins, character skins, and cosmetic skins, as well as some brand new things as the system evolves and grows!

Players who end up with multiple of the same Vault Crate loot will be able to craft them down into Dosh Powder, and turn every two of those into a chance at a new item. Below you will find a selection of some of the first items players will be able to gather via the Vault:



Another item we want to draw attention to is the Killing Floor 2 Trello board, and if you go visit it now you’ll see a few things have changed! (https://trello.com/b/ZOwMRlcW) Moving ahead, players will be able to use the Trello board as a guidepost to future plans and updates (keeping in mind that things can change at any time! We will try and reflect that quickly on the board). Starting today there are details about what players can expect in the next update, as well stubs to be filled in later for future updates, including 4 major content updates for 2018, following our existing plans of one major update per quarter.

As an example of how to use the Killing Floor 2 Trello board, the King Fleshpound joining the fray (along with his quarter pounder friends) can be found under the October update along with other system changes and additions. And if you look at the Q4 update there is something big stubbed in there as well... We don’t want to give away all the surprises just yet!



We expect the Q3 update to hit later this month, simultaneously on PC and PS4, and a week later on Xbox One. We hope you enjoy your visit to Boozo’s Nightmare!

Hello Everyone!

Last week we talked about the two upcoming weapons, the Hemogoblin and Seeker 6, and today we want to have a bit of show and tell on where you will be able to use these two new arsenal additions.

We welcome you into Boozo’s Nightmare! It seems somehow you and your team have been quite literally swept up into his strange dreams. But first let us take a step back and try and figure out how this all happened...

Now when something strange is going down, Killing Floor fans know just who to call: Foster and friends! With reports that people have been disappearing near the dwelling of the reclusive Boozo, that is just who have saddled up to get to the bottom of this mystery.

For those of you who care to look into Boozo’s history, you will find a long, hard life of soldiering, manual labor, and even an attempt as a clown (before being upstaged by everybody's favorite Pukey; it’s all about the merchandising I tell ya!). But we wouldn’t recommend you fall too hard for his tales of woe, as we hear tell that he’s always been a tad strange and wherever he has gone, mysterious disappearances have followed...

Later this October, Zed hunters are invited over for a visit and perhaps a “bite” to eat. But beware, for when next you encounter Boozo, you will have entered Nightmare - the brand new Holdout style map! As players explore this strange and twisted space, new timed rewards can be unlocked, earned, and purchased.

One major Killing Floor fan favorite making a return is the Commando Chicken costume, as one of the purchasable options to help us fund updates like this!

Hello everyone!

The KF2 team here at Tripwire is in full holiday swing as we continue towards towards the two remaining big content updates this year (one being a full seasonal event!). More maps, weapons, and systems are all well underway - but it is time to start detailing what some of those are!

The Weekly Outbreak system from the Summer Sideshow update was a hit with many fans, so the design team has been kicking around and prototyping an idea to expand the concept. The goal is to provide interesting rewards for players while giving them a continually updated set of new goals to accomplish. Today we want to share this idea with you (though it may not come in the next update): introducing Daily Objectives and the Dosh Vault!

Let's start with the Dosh Vault. The characters in Killing Floor are all about one thing: earning that Dosh! But at the end of a game, that hard earned Dosh goes away. Imagine a way to earn (NOT IN GAME - Dosh parties have no need to fear!) Dosh that would build up over time and unlock new items, gear, and variants. Our Level Designers got together with some “Top Men” and created this prototype of what it could look like!

Our current plan has players earning Dosh by completing the existing (and future) Weekly Outbreaks as well as new Daily Objectives through the course of their normal play. Over time, this accumulated Dosh would be visible and growing in your Vault. You could then use it to either unlock or spend to purchase brand new player cosmetics and weapon skins, as well as variants and more that will only be obtainable via the Dosh Vault!

As this system moves ahead we’ll be bringing you more details, along with information about the next two guns, a Nightmarish new map, and more as we head into the next update over the next couple of weeks. So stay tuned!
