INSTRUCTIONS

This group has been made in order to find new decent players unknown for me associate them without need to add them as friends on steam because my friendlist is full.

Civilization 5 is game which is crashing a lot in lobbies also during game its very hard to continue after someone which isnt in my friend list crash and lack of communication mean prevents me to reinvite him. If we are in one group united we can communicate through group chat and act accordingly while all players of current game will be notified. Also when players in group chat decide during game to quit contrarory to rules they can be simply banned from future group games by been banned from group chat and by blocking theirs profile which effectively prevents them to join any private game no matter how many times they change nickname or profile picture.

2) If you are at game lobby join current game's common chat
These smaller chats includes only players of current game. Its purpose is to substite in game chat once anyone crash from game to keep his communication connection among all players also prevent confusion of players at main chat or disturb them with notifications after game ends players are kicked from that chat if they didnt leave in order to maintain order. Creation of such backup chat is duty of any hoster. None game can start without it. "Hidden" steam statuses will not be tolerated during whole gameplay.

3) Follow admin/moderator/host instructions
Admins are well chosen players with experience and reputation which can help you with any problem related to game civilization V so better respect them and obey them in order to fully enjoy the game.

4) Procedure if crash happens
Let all know via backup chat about yours situation if possible determine source of possible problem and let host decide suitible approach. If you are about to rejoin game after drop let host know in backup chat first then lauch game if needed ir just stay at main menu of game before u obtain new invitation and host confirms possibility of rejoining by writing "go" at backup chat please dont mismatch main menu of game for game lobby since still many players enters game lobby and then asks if they can start rejoin which is obviously wrong cause once they enter game lobby game gets frozen and players which are still in game are unable to refresh timer that might end up at rejoing while timer on zero which at most cases ends at crash. Such rejoin of game is called "hotjoin" and person which hotjoin must wait on confirmation of all that they ended theirs turns before he ends his own.
