It's still unclear why some of the bots cannot create Trade Offers. Our original theory was that they did not have a $5 purchase on their account. However, some of the bots continued to work, and they also do not have $5 purchases.

Worst case scenario, I have to create new accounts. In the meantime, I am going to send out the stuck orders manually.

I'm going to pay 20% interest to people who had to wait all this time for their orders. For example, if you originally ordered 10 keys, you will receive an additional 2 keys, for a total of 12.
