For some reason my beatrun gamemode disappeared and I think my membership just stopped I paid for the for the 10 euro one that lets you keep beatrun forever but it says that I don't have it when I did buy it.

I can't access the beatrun website and my beatrun crashes when I load into Garry's mod, I did all the troubleshoots and nothing worked, Idk If I got banned but if I did could it be lifted, I might've used an alt at one point but I am not too sure.
