The Kingdom of Azj'Aqir is a once powerful nation of the Middle East. The aqir are a kind and intelligent people who see national and ethnic pride as necessary evils that must be embraced rather than dismissed. Azj'Aqir is a semi-constitutional monarchy with king and a pantheon, or parliment. The aqir's rich culture and peaceful nature boast them no real military or navy to speak of, but the aqir are trained in their ancient ways of battle and are ready to fend off all those who would oppose their peace. The aqir believe that one should know one's place: Shabtir bakh sokhen!
