We are POP☆CANDY!

After School Tea Time is the official band of Sakuragaoka Girls High School's Light Music Club. Their first performance was at the school festival of their first senior year. At which Mio had to take over the vocals for the band as the lead singer, Yui, had lost her voice practicing for the performance. The song performed was their popular hit 'Fuwa Fuwa Time' (Light and Fluffy time).
Their second performance was at the School's entrance ceremony. Here they unveiled their new song 'My Love is Like Staples'. Also it was at this performance the band's youngest member, Azusa, decided to join the Light Music Club.

Currently the band consists of five members:

Yui Hirasawa (Lead Guitar and vocals)
Currently a second year senior at Sakura Girls High School, Yui is an excellent guitarist however is only capable of remembering one thing at a time (as she forgot how to play the guitar after studying for exams). Orignally when she joined the light musice club she only knew how to use the castnet. However with guidance from the other club members she quickly learnt how to play the guitar, but knows very little terminology.

Mio Akiyama (Bassist)
Also in her second senior year, Mio is the band's bassist and backup vocals. Orignally Mio never intended to join the Light Music Club but was forced into it by Ritsu. She is shy and scared easily so is often subject to teasing from Ritsu. Yui often comes to her for guitar tutorials because she understands alot more about playing the instrument.

Tsumugi Kotobuki (Mugi) (Keyboard)
Orginally intending to join the choir club, Tsumugi was the third member to join the Light Music Club. Having played the piano from a very young age she is selected as the band's keyboardist (also having won many piano competitions). She is also the daughter of a wealthy company president and often takes the other band members to her family's villas around the country.
Instrument: Korg Triton Extreme 76-key keyboard

Azusa Nakano (Azu-nyan) (Guitar)
Azusa is the youngest member of the band and has been playing the guitar since the fourth grade. Her parents are also part of a jazz band so she is a highly skilled guitarist for her age. Yui often comes to her for advice on playing guitar, as well as maintenance.
Instrument: Fender Mustang

Ritsu Tainaka (Drummer)
Ritsu is the band's hyperactive drummer and club president (however she often forgets to fill out paper work relating to the club). She originally joined the Light Music Club with mio to for fill her childhood dream of forming a band and making it to Budokan (a large arena in centeral Tokyo known for its large-scale rock concerts).
