Pre-Purchase Assassin’s Creed Shadows to get Claws of Awaji Expansion Free

Assassin’s Creed Shadows is set to launch on March 20 for PC on Steam. Pre-purchases are currently open, and everyone who pre-purchases any edition of the game before launch will receive the Claws of Awaji expansion. After the launch of the game, the expansion will be sold separately.

The Claws of Awaji expansion launches later in 2025, bringing over 10 hours of additional content to players. In the full-fledged expansion, Naoe and Yasuke will seek a lost treasure, on the mysterious and gloomy island of Awaji. On the island, players will find themselves hunted by the deadly new Sanzoku Ippa faction.Outwit your opponents by avoiding traps and ambushes as you week what has been lost Unlock new skills, gear, and abilities, and master the Bō, a staff used in traditional martial arts and a new weapon type for Naoe.

Claws of Awaji is developed by Ubisoft Bordeaux, the studio behind Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Wrath of the Druids and Assassin’s Creed Mirage.

Additionally, the players that pre-purchase any version of Assassin’s Creed Shadows will receive the Thrown to the Dogs bonus quest, which will be available at launch. In this adventure, you’ll help a loyal dog avenge his late master.
