Würde mich freuen wenn sich hier einige vertrauenswürdige Spieler finden mit denen man langfristige Mehrspieler-Partien in AoW3 spielen kann. Gerne auch über mehrere Tage, mit save/load.

Hi Gobo, the Wrapper works for all three Aow games (as well as the MP Evo patch for Shadow Magic).

Hey Dudes, so I've played a buncha the hot seat and I just got the wrapper for Age of Wonders Shadow Magic, I'm looking to start an email game, if someone wants to play send me a msg or something. I haven't played a email game yet but I'm sure I can figure it out.

I hope AOW3 has a mobile version that can PBEM with the full version. If that happened, there would be no such thing as free time

When someone says Play By Email I think most people in this group recoil at the idea. Why would you want to do that? It would be so slow and pointless right? Did you even notice that the games have this option though? Its under Scenario. Did Triumph Studios put this mode in just for people who want to punish themselves?

Well actually there is quite a serious point to it. It allows you to play a game asynchronously. The way that Draw Something or Words with Friends work. Those games allow you to take your turn and then just go about your day. The same is true with PBEM. No one sits there gazing at the screen like a loser waiting for the reply turn to come back. You just player your turn and then do something else.

But why bother? How many live online multiplayer games you have played in the last month on this group? How many went all the way through to the end without someone leaving?
