I had a short break from my campaign of hate but I`m back.

So whats been happening on good olde Shattered Skies, well not a lot apprently.

Numbers continue to dwindle,the ban waves have nearly wiped the population of cheaters/hackers/complainers/the innocent. Artemis continues his self denial that the game is still "gud".

I`ve checked the review page and noticed that the neg have been steadly increasing and the pos holding position. We could be looking at another out of water flopping fish struggling for air.

Time will tell if this will be here in 3/4 months.

How long has Shattered skies been in developement for, 2014/2015, when?

Nightshade is the engine you use for Shattered Skies? Nightshade is a updated version of the Eclipse Engine used on previous titles ie war inc, warz.

Why hasn`t Free Reign Entertainment got LLC (limited liability Company) at the end? Also, Arktos Entertainment Group is a LLC.
"lol I want to keep my house, car, personal assets away from the company. If Free Reign goes tits up, I won`t lose anything or can be chased for anything that I personally own."

For those that don`t know the benefits of LLC:-

What roll is Mr Sergey Titov`s in this game?
"Zero but he comes in now and again, fire dev`s who don`t meet the grade, change aspects of the game, deleting negative comments/posts, manning the support page, work on the game code, generally not much else...."

We already know he`s the CEO of Arktos Entertainment Group. Arktos funded/controlled War Inc Battlezone, WarZ (Hammerpoint), I:SS (OP Productions LLC), Romero`s Aftermath (Free Reign Entertainment), Burstfire (Nacho Games) and Shattered Skies (Free Reign Entertainment). All the shill companies that he`s been in charge of, he funds them and runs them, conflict of interest maybe?
"No, he can do both roles, hes had plenty of experience. Its not that hard being the Publishers CEO and a Developer. Npo conflict there."

The game`s initial write up mentioned Survival but later was changed to PVP Looter Shooter with NO Survival or PVE. What is your definition of Survival and would you say that the aliens are the PVE aspect in the game?
"This is hardcore PVP you don`t survive in this game that would be stupid, ahh wait there are food/drink, crafting in the game so maybe a little. But soon you won`t have to worry about that element, food and drink will be taken out."

No-microtransactions but a very high price with no guarantee that future content will be included, sounds more like a kickstarter?
"We listened to our customers and microtransactions seemed to wind players up the wrong way, I don`t think we`ll be doing that again ;-). This time its all up front, simply we don`t know how long this game will be active for. Cash cows are long gone."

Adam, would you agree that the paying consumer is entitled to make positive as well as negative comments about your games that you have been involved in?
"NO! The customer is entitled to give us their money and stop complaing when the game isn`t very good. I don`t think its a good idea to have that negativity floating around, it could warn off any muppet.. consumer. Any negative reviews/comments/comments get banned or deleted straight away, we`re only interested in positive feedback to tell us how great we our."

Would it be correct in saying that money is more important then game design, customer satisfaction, keeping your word, etc etc?
"No, the player is more important, we need they`er money so we can keep making these games."

Because Adam hasn`t been able to answer the questions I`ve answered them for him. The information used was taken from many websites, reviews, comments etc.

You`ve streamed games and voiced your opinions on WarZ in the past but what about taking a lesson from that previous experience and being a bit more honest and open. Unfortunately my little twinkle you will receive negative/critical/positive/reviews in life. Thats the whole nature of the industry.

Being shady and banning people for their rightful opinion matters a lot. Remember your selling a product and we the buying public have rights and opinions too, be they good or bad.

You just keep hiding away by deleting/moving my post yet again. These questions are not going to just go away. Treat your customers with some respect and have some integrity. Your acting a little bit egotistical.

Update: Another user who posted a youtube video about someone being banned from the game has been banned from the forums for supposedly trying to get Vent3r unbanned, I don`t think that was the case.

If this company/game couldn`t have more BS added to it. Investigating further I`ve found some interesting facts.

The lawyer who filed for trademarking, Mr Steve Bercu, was involved in WarZ, Nether, I:SS, Romeros Aftermath, BurstFire and Shattered Skies. Mr Bercu has 23 years experience as a State Bar and his office can be located at 132 Fayerweather St
Cambridge, MA 02138. A lovely skyblue semi-detached town house with a overgrown front garden.

Moving on check out this webpage https://trademarks.justia.com/869/42/shattered-86942267.html and then scroll to Trademark events, Event dates and descripttion. Notice anything. A new application was made march 2016, trademarking your game in march? So how long has this game been developing for???

Also notice, the last entry, for simplicty, the game is not fully registered. "Non-Final Action - Mailed" means that the USPTO cannot at this time register the trademark. They are requesting further information, evidence, and/or proof in order to move forward with the trademark registration process.

So if we look at facts, the game was quickly rushed out with no full registration of the trade mark. A shady lawyer doing deals from his attic room, a company with a long history of shadiness, LLC (limited liability Company) so you can`t blame them if anything goes wrong and fat chance of getting any money back......

Still trust them...

I checked the TradeMarkia website on I:SS and there`s two. One from 07th October 2013 to 02nd June 2014, Abandoned No statement of use filed. The second 20th December 2014 to 11th August 2015. Romero`s Aftermath appears to fall under I:SS, but with a different company, Free Reign Entertainment LLC.

Shattered Skies didn`t have much of a development life when the trademakia filing date is 16th March 2016 hmmmm.

Now while searching I came across some info about Nether and the company that took control from Nether Productions LLC. Pure FPS took over from Nether Productions. Now from a source close to the game I found out that Arktos Entertainment Group LLC funded the money to develope the game. If you`ve played Nether, you`ll notice a lot of the assets/sounds in the game are very similar to WarZ and its offspring.

What you will notice with the above games the correspondant listed is Steven Bercu. A lawyer who has filed all of these games and not much else.

It`s costs less then a $100 to file your company name. LLC (limited Liability Company) means you can`t be chased for money or anything else.
