Server reconfigured and Wiped

hey guys,

in the past we had much trouble to keep the players on the Server.
On the Weekend we got like 30 and after 3 day only 5 - 10 Players a day.
Thats not fun, right ?

So we made our thougts about a completly new Configuration for everything.
We kicked out some Plugins and got some new.

Hopefully this will be good.

So here comes what has changed in detail:

1. Gathering and Levels
   
   So this was our main problem we had to take on.
   The Gathering is still set to 5x - But we completly removed the Leveling System.
   
   
2. Loot
   
   We had a Plugin called "BetterLoot" and it was actually Better than the
   standard Loot. The problem was it was a way too good. So decided to remove it as well.
   
   
3. Kits
   
   We had a quite massive amount of kits, didnt we?
   We reduced it to 3 Kits.
   
   Starter
   Daily
   Weekly
   
   
4. Votes and Rewards
   
   So this never actually worked good. We reimplemented the whole
   Vote and Rewarder System. More votes = Better Items.
   
   
5. Enhanced Hammer
   
   This Plugin is not patched by the Developer yet. Will hopfully be back soon.

So as you can see the goal was to make everything a bit more difficult to keep the Players on Server.
