3.)Do not ask for free items or free entry
4.)[For rafflers] you will recieve 50% profit from entrys
5.)Rafflers will be mods
6.)Entrys are 1 ref for one slot, 4 ref for two slots, 8 ref for 3 slots,10 ref for 4 slots, and 1 key for five slots
7.)All rafflers must inform owner if you want to raffle
8.)If an officer or mod puts useless annouuncements, will result in demote or kick
