Potential Team Pro-AM fix? (Cache flush)
Thank you for contacting 2K Support! I’m sorry to hear about the crash in NBA 2K18. Let us try and fix this with a Cache Clear for Steam from the Command prompt. You can do that with: Completely exit the Steam client. Open the run dialogue by pressing windows key + r (you can also navigate here from the start menu by typing run). Type steam://flushconfig then press enter. (If asked to allow this website to open a program, please click Allow or OK). Restart your PC. Now, launch Steam directly from the installation folder, not from a pre-existing shortcut (usually located at C:\program files (x86)\Steam). It is recommended to have the customer run Steam as Administrator right after flushing the cache, killing two birds with one stone. Could also ask your friend to do the same if they are using Steam as well. That should ideally fix the issue for you. In case it does not; could you please get us a screenshot of the error message if you get any when the game crashed so that we can investigate this further.
