Just a quicky :)

if you know someone who has a server spare, or you make a l4d2 server and you find a server with alltalk on, could you ping me the IP? it'll make Versus nights - especially ones that need voices - much easier.

I will only be using it for V-Night, not the regular verus matches :)


on a side note sorry for being so dormant on my versus matches. A lot has been going on that I need to take care of, but rest assured I'm getting there and will be able to spam steam with the regular versus.

For me, L4D1 characters you could connect with. You understood them.

Bill was a the Fact-facing Vietnam Vetran.
Francis was the pessimistic "I hate everything" Biker.
Louis was the Cheery, "we can do this!" office worker.
Zoey was the.. uh... hot college girl?
okay, so zoey didn't have much character to her, but she had more then the l4d2 characters.

That is why to me instead of the biker the office worker etc, the L4D2 characters are just "the four southerners".

So I've taken it upon myself to attempt to create a bit more 3D-ness for the l4d2 characters, writing a quick summary of their thoughts and ambitions, why they have survived so long, etc.

if you're interested just give me a ping when I'm finished, and I'll send it on to you.

Greetings Ladies Gentlemen and n00bs.

As a thought, and having tested it just today, a themed Versus match every week.

Today was "Childhood Cartoon Themed versus, pick your fave Childhood Cartoon", in which I was, obviously, CatDog, which was the best, let me tell you!

As such, I was thinking of holding a weekly Themed Versus Match, and wanted to know your opinion on it.

Unfortunatly I'm not the most imaginative bugger ever, so anybody who thinks they could come up with wacky and wonderful themes would be welcome to step foward and wave their little flag of creativity.
