Season 5 have started ladies and gentlemen and with this season we decided to mix things up a bit. You can choose between 3 different civs. But once you have chosen a civ against your opponent you will have to use it for both matches.
Also some additional rules (these can be changed if people dont like it):
Each civ will have a home map. When you challenge someone with a civ, you will fight on their homemap first, then on yours next.
Home maps are:
Vikings: Islands
Saracens: Archipelago
Byzantines: Coastal
So if a viking player challenges a saracen player, they will first fight on Islands and then on Archipelago and opposite if it was the saracen player who made the challenge.
Reason behind this rule is so that we will maybe get a more active season.
Win by default:
Adding another way to get points. If you do not accept a challenge you will lose one point and the challenged player will gain one point. If challenged and the time does not match, the challenged player have 1 week to find better time, and this must ofcourse be suitable for the challenger as well.
