Bronys come in here with the same sucked out argument "It's just a hat". It's not the hat people are angry about, it's the meaning behind this thing being added. Valve forced a hat referring to a show for little girls down on us. If they were to add a Touhou hat I wouldn't be happy either. I respect that not everyone is into the same stuff I am into. It's a thing of keeping fandom where it belongs to. The optimal thing would have been to add Halloween/TF2 content that doesn't make 1 fandom happy, and the other ones unhappy.

I barely care either, since it's gladly been restricted to Halloween Mode and everyone is greedy, selling it for 1 key, so I won't see 20 players being Ponies, but I can understand why people are angry. Though I do care, that people are ignorant and use the argument "It's just a hat". That's like a psychopath drawing a picture of a tortured person, and you say "It's just a drawing"

This seems like nothing more than people getting worked up over nothing, crying out loud guys . I realise theres certain hats you don't like but getting in a paddy everytime you see the hat or hear the voice lines, doesn't that sound a little OTT? Not to mention its Halloween exclusive so no real point in creating a mod to remove it.
