Daybreak deleted all my posts on reddit about my ban.
Spent 500€ in crates since I started to play, 4k hours on both games, I started H1 the first day of the Alpha release in January 2015, and they banned me for 5€ chargeback, because I paid for crates the day of my card expired so my bank chargedbacked it auto. I lost everything for 5€, Z1 items, Twin Galaxies etc..
