Most permissions have been switched so that anyone can have (almost) all privileges.
You can be an officer, a moderator or the Player of the Week if you're into that kind of thing. I don't judge. Most of the time. Probably. Heh.
Kick+Ban are reserved for me because I'm an authoritative ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Though in all due seriousness, there shouldn't be a reason for kick/bans. So there isn't a need for online ♥♥♥♥♥ fights either. We're all in UBCO. Go find that ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Slap him/her/neither/both (see? I don't judge) into oblivion.
