i still got a running year subscription going on, the new areas are fun quest wise, but the raiding..not so great realy, and it all feels a bit rinse and repeat now :/

mmm..nah, shamans al lthe way, the biggest problem we had with karazhan were some of the thrashmobs constantly instantly respawning..cant remember the names but it were some mana ghosts i beleve..took a GM every run to get rid of them since we also could not target them or kill them. heh

Also, Blood Elf paladins were <3.

and oh god... the stories I have about karazhan when I was a baby raider.

So this one time it was 3am, we were raiding karazhan and we were making our way towards SoA, I fell asleep and ended up holding down my W key, ran off the edge of the spiral ramp leading to SoA and activated my bubble as I fell (it was hotkeyed), landed in amongst the two void monsters that we had skipped and still holding my movement keys I grinded along the wall back up to the raid, pulling with me the two voids.

I woke up to my raid leader/guild leader yelling "XANE. WHAT THE ****" over ventrilo.

also, your both talking about black temple, DONT FORGET THA SUPER ATMOSHPERIC KARAZHAN!

nu uh, draenei!, back then they had heroic prescense, + hit rating so the rest could slack off :U

And, just for the record, Tauren are best shamans. ;)

Depends on gearing. I too was elemental and timing was everything, but I could hang with the 'locks pretty easy, and on fights with moments of weakness, my burst would make mages ragequit... But I was also big in PvP (Season 1 Duelist) and my ability to reduce a pally healer to smoking plate boots in two casts was legendary. ;)

Wasn't enhancement with windfury's awesomeness better for overall raid DPS output?

Also, TBC was the best WoW.

I was the Paladin class leader and main healer for raid group 1 in a guild I ran with back in TBC on Dentarg-EU.

My old WoW guild we re-rolled on a new server and all took bits of video as we leveled, ending with our realm-first beat-down of Illidan - then it was all assembled into a video to the tune "Look Where We Are Now" by Hoobastank... Similar to your montage in most repects. :)

*cue montage following TD gamers all getting ultra-skilled in competitive e-sports games before ending on a mosaic of each of us achieving 100/0 K/D or Penta-Kills with zero tower loss or dominating Starcraft 2*

*brief dialogue session and introduction of Na'V---I mean the shadowbolt gamers, and epic climatic scene of TD vs the 'Shadowbolts' at dreamhack*
